I can help you to release your fears and build buoyant confidence to show up and make your unique contribution; to sound your note in the world. I’ve decades of experience working with groups and individuals to help them to flourish and be the change they want to see.

My background: Degree in Anthropology, Diplomas in Counselling, Style Coaching; Life Coaching, Group Facilitation. I’m also qualified to teach Mat-Based Pilates, Exercise for Older People, Dances of Universal Peace.
