Living Excellently - Managing Time

Do you find you don't have enough time to do the things you want to do and also time to be?

Take some time to prioritize where you  put your energy and your thoughts:

1.  What do you need to let go of in order to create more time ? For example, worrying, which is very time-consuming and brings you down and makes you tired; for example, people-pleasing, which means you are not in your own flow but rather doing things you think you 'should': for example, holding resentments or bearing grudges, which does you more harm than the other person and drains energy.

2.  Make sure to include in your life those things which uplift you  - identify what these are. Some examples might be: making time regularly to chill out with a book; catching that favourite tv programme; giving attention to your spiritual life by meditating, dancing, singing, attending a service; being kind to yourself and others; an activity which inspires you like an art exhibition, a good film or play; being true to yourself and being assertive; spending time in your own company.  Doing things which uplift and inspire you will actually give you more energy, and, therefore, in a sense, more time.

3.  Always honour yourself and your uniqueness; whatever it takes. Listen to yourself; you are the person who knows best what is right for you. Show up in the world - be who you really are - LIVE EXCELLENTLY - and have fun with it.
