WE are human beings, not machines, and if we are out of balance for any length of time, it can literally lead to disease-----'

WHAT IS IT?   The Living Excellently Programme has been created for anyone feeling stuck or lacking confidence to show up in the world; for those who would like to become empowered to make a difference, create a better world, and live a happy, fulfilled life.

At the end of the 6-month course,  you will:

- have clear goals

- have built the confidence to carry them through

- have a clear sense of your self-image and what colours and styles enhance your appearance

- have a new support network

So who might enrol?

- you may feel you are nor using your talents and skills to the full

- you may not be clear what your unique blend of talents, skills and abilities is

 - you may feel passionate about making a difference in the world

 - you may feel your lack of self-esteem is really holding you back in life

 - you may long to connect with like-spirited people and exchange support and encouragement

 - you may have a pretty clear idea of your way forward and just need that extra help and encouragement to follow through

I guess most people - everyone? -  does from time to time. It's difficult not to given the way a lot of us live, how society is arranged. I know I find it challenging to keep my col when dealing with big companies, pressing buttons rather than talking with a person-----

HERE ARE SOME TIPS FOR KEEPING YOUR COOL NO MATTER WHAT!

1.  Focus on your breathe for a minute, slow it down.

2. Bring to mind a bigger problem - eg only 3,200 tigers left in the world!!! (that's awful) and take an action to address this problem e.g. get on www.wwf.org/tigers and see what you can do.

3.  Take a walk - somewhere green, if possible; otherwise, put on some music and dance around your room. This can be an amazing release.

4.  Visualize yourself connected to the earth and to the sky - engenders a feeling of space inside; into this space, calm can come.

5.  Connect with your divinity, the best part of yourself; centre yourself by lighting a candle and gazing at it for awhile.

6.  Speak comforting words to yourself--love--calm--compassion --peace--quiet--flow--rhythm--

7.  Tell yourself --this too shall pass.

I'm interested to know what works for you
