I am qualified to teach mat-based Pilates and I draw on extensive experience of other exercise and body awareness methods.

Style Coaching™ is about enabling people to express themselves with confidence both through their appearance and also through valuing who they are, confidence within. One enhances the other - looking good, and grounding that in building positive beliefs about yourself. In short, looking good and feeling great!
Areas addressed may include: Thinking and speaking positively; Combatting negative beliefs and replacing them with positive ones; Assertion Training; Stop Smoking; Decluttering your wardrobe; Styling and Shopping; General grooming; Ageing beautifully.
